Terms and Conditions

The following “Terms and Conditions” (T&C) govern the manner and rules for using the website https://ldg-bg.com/

Definitions

Seller – company "ELDG Ltd.", with registered address Sofia, Lagеra district, block 53, entrance B, floor 6, apt. 40, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register with UIC 131398076, Managing Director: Dimitar Petkov, phone: +359 2 862 8875, email: sales@ldg-bg.com;

Website – the address in the Internet https://ldg-bg.com/, as well as all applications providing the Client with access to the catalogue of products offered at the specified address.

Client – any person who has visited the Website and/or used its Services or content.

Buyer – any Client of the Website who is at least 18 years old, has provided a delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and has made a payment in favor of the Seller.

Account – standard username and password chosen by the Client, providing access to all goods and Services offered on the Website, as well as the possibility to exchange information with the Seller.

Order – a request by the Buyer to purchase pre-selected goods and services offered on the Website. For avoidance of doubt – only requests with a delivery address within the Republic of Bulgaria are considered Orders.

Distance Contract – an order sent by the Buyer to the Seller for goods offered on the Website. For avoidance of doubt – each individual order is treated as a separate contract.

Services – any electronic services performed by the Website to provide the Client with the opportunity to communicate with the Seller and/or purchase goods offered in the Website catalogue.

Electronic Voucher – an arbitrary combination of letters, digits and symbols sent by the Seller to the Buyer when purchasing a voucher. The voucher value equals the amount paid by the Buyer and can be used once within a period not exceeding 1 month from the issue date. When using a voucher, its value is deducted from the Order amount.

Promo Code – an arbitrary combination of letters, digits and symbols entitling the Client to a fixed and/or percentage discount on the Order value. Promo codes are provided by the Seller by email or website banner with a validity of one calendar month.

Free Delivery – for orders over 51.13 € / 100 BGN, delivery costs are borne by the Seller and performed by courier to the address specified by the Buyer.

Paid Delivery – for orders under 51.13 € / 100 BGN, the Buyer pays delivery costs in the fixed amount of 3.58 € / 7 BGN incl. VAT, regardless of shipment volume or weight.

Courier – orders placed through the Website are delivered by courier company "Speedy" AD. More information is available here.

Order Receipt – the date on which the delivery is made to the Client’s specified address.

Cart – a virtual list of goods selected for purchase by the Client.

Final Price – all expenses incurred by the Buyer for purchasing the goods, including Delivery. In cases of Free Delivery, the cost is not added and is borne by the Seller.

General Provisions

The Seller declares compliance with all applicable national regulations on personal data protection and processes such data in accordance with its privacy policy.

Access to restricted parts of the Website is activated after registration or login to an Account. Registration is done by completing the standard form published on the Website, accessible here.

Access to the Website may be blocked unilaterally and without notice if abuse of content, goods or Services is detected.

By registering and confirming each Order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these T&C.

All prices in the Website catalogue are in euro per item/pair.

The Seller reserves the right to update prices, discounts, promo codes and campaigns at any time without prior notice.

The ranking of goods is performed based on criteria selected by the Client such as Recommended, Newest, Discount %, Price Ascending and Price Descending.

The Seller strives to maintain accurate information but reserves the right to change product characteristics and prices at any time.

The Website accepts orders only with a valid delivery address within the Republic of Bulgaria.

Privacy

The Client agrees that by providing personal data to "ELDG Ltd.", such data may be used for account maintenance, order processing, communication, marketing (with explicit consent), and market analysis.

Ordering Goods

Conclusion of Contract

Orders may be placed as a guest or registered user. An Order is considered placed upon receiving an automatic email with an order number. Confirmation is made via a second email containing the shipment tracking number.

Payments

Ordered goods may be paid by cash on delivery.

Delivery

Goods are delivered by courier company "Speedy" AD within 3 working days, or within 7 working days during promotions.

Order Cancellation and Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods under the Consumer Protection Act.
